NSW:Frank Sartor to resign as MP

NSW Environment Minister FRANK SARTOR will resign as an MP at the next state election.

Mr SARTOR .. the member for Rockdale .. says he'll be making a farewell speech in parliament
this morning.

It's not known if he'll remain a minister until the election on March 26.
